  • Indications, patient selection, and surgical techniques for cyst removal while preserving ovarian function

  • Minimising ovarian damage for optimal surgical outcomes

Evaluation of camera navigation, depth perception, port placement strategy, tissue handling, cyst suturing, uterine defect closure, bleeding control drills, and intra-operative decision-making. Assessment based on precision, safety adherence, operative flow, and technical competence.
Structured Debriefing
Complication management — bleeding control, ureteric safety, bowel injury prevention. Energy source safety, troubleshooting difficult pelvis scenarios, and conversion criteria. Individualised expert feedback on ergonomics, instrument handling, speed optimisation, and operative confidence.
