Hostel Facilities

  1. Room Amenities: Single occupancy with single bed, private bathroom, and furniture included. one single Bed, with mattress, one pillow, one sheets, one blanket*, one wardrobe, one desk & chair,  air-conditioner, independent bathroom & shower, & one-time bathroom amenities.
  2. Laundry Amenities: We charge 30 rupees per piece of medium-sized dress set (one Pant+one Shirt) clothing, which includes ironing service for laundry.
  3. Hanging clothes out in the sun on your balcony is strictly prohibited.
  4. The cleaning schedule for the room is set for 10 am in the morning, and you can be contacted by phone for cleaning requests from 10 am to 7 pm.
    Dorm Rooms: All the beds and furniture will be wiped clean, and the floor should be swept or vacuumed. 
    Bathrooms: The toilets, sinks, and showers will  be thoroughly cleaned, and the floors and walls will be wiped down.
    Corridors and Staircases: These areas will be swept and mopped to keep them clean and free from debris.
  5. Only visitors holding a valid visiting card are allowed to access the room. Those who do not possess one will not be granted entry. Please obtain your visiting card from the hospital reception desk.
  6. The use of tobacco, cigarette and alcohol is prohibited inside the building or within any enclosed space. Please refrain from smoking or drinking in any room or area within the premises.
  7. Before leaving the room, it is important to turn off all electrical devices, such as the air conditioner, lights, fan, and geyser. Not doing so could lead to a penalty of Rs. 500.
  8. By default, the bedsheets will be changed every two days. However, if you prefer to have your bedsheets changed daily, an additional fee of 20 rupees per day will apply for the extra changes.
  9. Please refrain from playing loud music or engaging in loud conversations that may cause noise disturbance.
  10. Kindly note that you won’t be served meals in your room. In case you require food, you will have to visit the cafeteria. It’s important to remember that the food in the room is exclusively for patients.
  11. If you require drinking water, please feel free to utilize the water dispenser located in the common area.
  12. In case any of the amenities in the room get damaged, the user will bear the responsibility of paying for the repair or replacement expenses.
  13. The check-in time for the hostel is fixed to the 30th or 31st of every month, depending on the corresponding calendar dates. The check-out time is scheduled for the 14th or 15th of the same month, with a deadline of 11:55 am. For the subsequent batch, the check-in date is set for the 15th after 2:00 pm, and the check-out time is scheduled for the 28th or 29th before 11:55 am.
  14. The hostel fee is determined based on the room you choose. It is a fixed amount and does not depend on whether you eat meals or stay in the hostel during certain days. The fee is applicable from the check-in date to the check-out date and is based on the selected room rate.
  15. Our food facilities are available from 7:30 am to 9 am for breakfast, 1 pm to 3 pm for lunch, and 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm for dinner. We provide a wide range of options to cater to different dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
  16. It is your responsibility to either obtain a replacement key or pay a penalty of 1000 rs if you have misplaced your room key.

  17.  Accommodations can be booked for a maximum of 14 days, starting from one day before check-in and ending on the 15th day for check-out.

  18. If an individual is enrolled in two consecutive courses, each lasting 14 days, they qualify for a month-long booking at the hotel.

  19. Surgeons attending special courses, excluding those for 14 days, will be provided accommodation at the hotel.

  20. Students undergoing training for less than 14 days will be accommodated at the hotel.

  21. Female doctors and those accompanied by family members will be given priority for hostel accommodations.

  22. In case a student departs the hostel before completing 14 days, no refund will be issued, as hostel rooms are booked for a minimum of 14 days, making it challenging to reallocate them.
