Registration Process:
Registration is mandatory and must be completed online only via our official website: www.themedicity.com. Payment for registration will be done through our trusted payment partners: A step-by-step tutorial for the registration process is available on our website. Registration Benefits: Within 3 days of registration, you will receive access to our Library of Lectures, Seminars, and eBooks, which will be valid for 6 months. The registration amount will be adjusted in the total admission fee. Mandatory Documents Required for Admission: Curriculum Vitae (CV) MBBS & MS Degree Certificates Medical Registration Certificate Valid ID Proof with Address & Age Proof
Participation & Conduct Rules
Alcohol, Drugs, and Tobacco Use
Consumption, possession, or presence under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco during training, in the hostel, or within Medicity premises is strictly prohibited.
Breach of Confidentiality
Unauthorized sharing, recording, or distribution of: Patient data or surgical procedures. Training materials (including presentations, books, or videos). Photos or videos inside OT/Wet Lab (strictly prohibited).
Disruptive or Violent Behavior
Any abusive, violent, or inappropriate behavior towards faculty, staff, patients, or fellow trainees will result in termination. No harassment, verbal abuse, or threats will be tolerated. Disrupting lectures, surgeries, or training sessions is prohibited.
Violation of OT & Wet Lab Rules Strict compliance is mandatory. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the OT or Wet Lab. OT scrubs, cap, mask, and gloves must be worn at all times. No unauthorized surgical attempts without mentor approval.
Unethical or Unsafe Surgical Practices Negligence, malpractice, or misuse of surgical instruments will lead to termination. Participants must always work under mentor supervision.
Repeated Absenteeism or Lack of Participation
Attendance is mandatory. Unapproved absence for more than 3 consecutive days is grounds for termination. Failure to participate actively in training, surgeries, or labs.
Forgery or Misrepresentation Providing fake or altered documents (MBBS, MS, ID proof, medical license, etc.). False representation of qualifications or identity.
Failure to Follow Rescheduling & Training Policies Failure to inform or attend within 6 months of registration results in the cancellation of registration. Repeated last-minute rescheduling without valid reasons is not allowed. Once terminated, there will be no refund, certification, or appeals.
Certification Policy Certification Upon Training Completion You will receive your certificate only after completing your training, even if you complete it in multiple sessions (chunks). The training must be completed within the valid period to be eligible for certification. Certificate Form Submission
Before receiving your certificate, you must fill out the Certificate Form carefully. The details you provide in this form will be printed on your certificate. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, names, or details if incorrectly provided. Originality of Certificate The Medicity’s official certificate will have a verified hologram on it, we do not publish any certificates without the hologram. Final Note: Please ensure that your Certificate Form details are accurate before submission. Once the certificate is issued, no free modifications will be entertained. OT & Wet Lab Guidelines (Strict Compliance Required) Operating Theatre (OT) Rules
Timings: Sessions start at 8:00 AM sharp – Punctuality is mandatory.
Mobile Phones Prohibited – Strictly no mobiles in OT; violations lead to penalties/course termination. No Photography/Videography – STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Sterile Environment – Maintain hand hygiene and sterilization protocols. Dress Code – Must wear OT scrubs, cap, and mask at all times. No jewelry, watches, or open-toe footwear. Head Covering Policy – Loose hijabs or head coverings are not permitted inside the OT. Behavioral Conduct – Follow OT staff instructions; minimize movement and avoid unnecessary conversations. Health & Hygiene – If unwell (cold, fever, etc.), inform the coordinator before entering OT. No Scent, perfume or any type of high intensity smelling supplement not allowed – STRICTLY PROHIBITED Wet Lab Rules
Session Timings: Communicated in advance. Mobile Phones Prohibited – STRICT NO MOBILE POLICY in Wet Lab. No Photography/Videography – Strictly not allowed. No Breaks Allowed – Sessions are continuous. Other Rules Same as OT – Hygiene, dress code, head covering, and behavioral guidelines apply.
Terms & Conditions (T&C) Liability & Disclaimer The Medicity is not liable for: Any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during training. Any health issues arising during the program. Any violations of civil/criminal laws by participants during their stay in India. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the jurisdiction where The Medicity is located. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Gurgaon Arbitration Association rules.
