• Bed sheets changed every day

Dormitory Rooms

• Regular cleaning of beds, floors, and bathrooms

• Toilets, sinks, and showers thoroughly cleaned

• Corridors and staircases swept and mopped regularly

• Common area available for ironing (Ironing services not included)

• Water dispensers available in the common area

• 24/7 security guard and reception available at the institute

Rules & Regulations

• No smoking, alcohol, or tobacco use inside the premises.

• No visitors without a valid visiting card from reception.

• No loud music or disturbances that may cause inconvenience to others.

• No food in rooms; meals must be consumed in the cafeteria.

• Clothes drying on balconies is strictly prohibited.

• Lost room key penalty: ₹1000 for replacement.

• All electrical devices (AC, lights, fan, geyser) must be turned off before leaving the room. Failure to comply results in a ₹500 penalty.

Booking & Payment

• A ₹6000 deposit is required to confirm your hostel booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.

• No refunds for early departures.

• Hostel stays are booked for 14 days, including meals, cleaning, and transportation services.

• No refund will be provided if a guest stays out for a few days during the 14-day booking period.

Laundry Policy

• Only a washing machine will be used for laundry services.

• The Medicity will not be liable for any damage to clothes during washing.

• Any sensitive clothes or color-fading clothes should be avoided in machine wash and must be washed separately by the guest.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 30th/31st of the month at 2:00 PM (or 15th for the next batch)

• Check-out: 14th/15th of the month by 11:55 AM or at 30th/31st by 11:55.

• Maximum stay: 14 days

• No refunds for early departures

Food & Dining

Meal Timings:

• Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

• Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• Dinner: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

• Special dietary options available: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free.

• Meals will not be served in rooms.

Special Accommodations & Conditions

• Accommodations can be booked for a maximum of 14 days, starting from one day before check-in and ending on the 15th day for check-out.

• Surgeons attending special courses (excluding 14-day courses) will be provided accommodation at the hotel.

• Students undergoing training for less than 14 days will be accommodated at the hotel.

• Female doctors and those accompanied by family members will be given priority for hostel accommodations.

• If a student leaves before completing 14 days, no refund will be issued.

• If an individual is enrolled in two consecutive courses (each lasting 14 days), they qualify for a month-long hostel booking.

Advance Booking: 

A ₹6000 advance booking fee is required to reserve a hostel seat.
This amount is adjusted against your total hostel fee upon check-in.

Full Fee Payment:
The full hostel fee must be paid within 3 days of check-in.
