Day 1- Theoretical Foundations & Basic Hands-On Skills

Performing diagnostic hysteroscopy on models for real-time skill application. Practicing safe and effective hysteroscopic entry techniques. Uterine cavity assessment and identification of common pathologies. Fluid management: principles, safety measures, and troubleshooting. Case-based discussions with faculty for clinical reasoning and decision-making.

Day 2- Operative Hysteroscopy Techniques & Advanced Simulation
Morning Session – Theory Operative Hysteroscopy: Indications & Procedures Diagnostic Hysteroscopy: Step-by-Step Approach Hysteroscopic Polypectomy, Myomectomy, Septal Resection Complication Management: Fluid overload, uterine perforation, bleeding Pre-op and Post-op Considerations Afternoon Session – Advanced Hands-On Training Performing operative procedures on hysteroscopy trainers (e.g., simulated polyps and fibroids). Simulation of hysteroscopic myomectomy and TCRE (Transcervical Resection of Endometrium) using resectoscope. Practicing foreign body removal techniques within simulated environments. Simulation of electrosurgical procedures with emphasis on safety and technique. Step-by-step operative guidance and technique refinement from expert faculty. Managing and troubleshooting common intraoperative challenges in operative hysteroscopy.

Day 3- Operation Theatre (OT/OR) – Live Case Observation & Participation
