In the current context, minimal access surgery in gynaecology has become a vital surgical tool for all gynaecologists to understand. There is a lot to learn in all parts of obstetrics and gynaecology after graduation. Gynecological endoscopy is a specialised branch that requires its own training module.
This Fellowship programme is designed and developed for competent gynaecologists who desire to learn or upgrade their Gynae endoscopic surgical abilities.
Fellows will be taught the fundamentals of gynaecological endoscopy, then work as surgical assistants before performing the procedure themselves under supervision. In all circumstances, patient safety will always come first.
Following the curriculum will be part of the fellowship.
To become a Laparoscopy Surgeon, aspirants have to pursue post-graduate courses such as MD (Doctor of Medicine) / MS (Master of Surgery) / DNB (Diplomate of Medicine) or a Diploma course in Gynecology (DGO).
Participants can obtain a certificate of attendance after completing the Course evaluation at the end of the Course by The Medicity and Clinical Training certification by the Respective Hospital.
